  • EASILY SCAN & SHOP PRODUCTS

    SEARCH BAR:

    1. Open the EAN code scanner on your mobile or tablet

    2. Centre the barcode within the frame and wait for the camera to recognise the product

    3. Adjust the quantities on the product page and add to your cart





    QUICK ORDER:

    1. Open the Quick Order page and add products by simply scanning the EAN code

    2. Adjust the product quantity according to your needs

    3. Repeat the scanning process in the next row

    4. Add all products to your cart


  • ADD UP TO 100 PRODUCTS USING QUICK ORDER

    USING AN IDH

    1. Open the Quick Order page and add products via product IDH, EAN or name

    2. Adjust the quantities and add all products to your cart





    QUICK ORDER:

    1. Open the Quick Order by spreadsheet page and download entire product catalog as an Excel file

    2. Fill out quantities for all products you want to buy and save on your device

    3. Upload the Excel file to add your products directly to your cart

    USING THE HEART ICON

    1. Save your products for Stock & Order using the heart icon featured on any product list or product detail page

    USING A SPREADSHEET

    1. Open the Stock & Order page and download the Excel file

    2. Fill out the product IDH or EAN with the required quantities and save on your device

    3. Upload the Excel file to add your products to your Stock & Order




    1. Maintain your desired stock quantity for every product

    2. Enter the actual quantity of the products you currently hold

    3. The missing quantity is calculated automatically

    4. Add all products to your cart


  • REORDER FROM YOUR ORDER HISTORY
    1. Go to your My Orders and Invoices page

    2. Select the order you want to reorder

    3. Click reorder and add the products to your cart

    4. Adjust the quantities directly in your cart

  • SAVE TIME & UPLOAD YOUR REGULAR ORDER DIRECTLY TO YOUR CART
    1. Go to your cart

    2. Upload an Excel file containing columns with the product IDH or EAN codes and the desired quantity

  • SAVE TIME BY DOWNLOADING YOUR ORDER HISTORY
    1. Go to your my Orders and Invoices page

    2. Click on the 'View Order' button of the desired order

    3. Download order details in an Excel file containing columns with product IDH or EAN codes and update the desired quantity of the products.

    4. Change the column header from 'Product IDH' to 'IDH'

    5. Change the column header from 'Ordered Quantity' to 'Quantity'

    6. Upload the Excel file in your cart
